CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Commissioner's Special Meeting was called to order at 10:12 AM by Vice Chairperson Scot Thomason. Sharon Tolbert, CEO acted as Secretary/Treasurer.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners Present: Patrice Awbrey-Hull, Sarah Nunn, Alton Joiner, and Scot Thomason
Commissioners Absent: Paula Lambert
Others Present: Sharon Tolbert (Secretary/Treasurer)
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Vice Chairperson Thomason asked if there were any changes to the Agenda. There were no changes. Vice Chairperson Thomason asked for a motion to approve the Agenda. Commissioner Joiner moved that the Agenda be approved. Commissioner Awbrey-Hull seconded the said motion, and all members voted aye. Vice Chairperson Thomason declared the Agenda approved.

There were no public comments.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Resolution FYE2025-004: 5-Year Plan and CFP Definition of Substantial Deviation and Definition of Significant Amendment or Modification - Revision
Resolution FYE2025-004 was introduced by Vice Chairperson Thomason. Commissioners were provided a copy of the resolution and supporting documentation. Secretary/Treasurer Tolbert informed the Board that the resolution is to approve the 5-Year Plan and CFP Definition of Substantial Deviation and Definition of Significant Amendment or Modification. The information was reviewed and discussed.
Vice Chairperson Thomason asked for a motion to approve Resolution FYE2025-004. Commissioner Joiner moved that the resolution be approved as received. Commissioner Awbrey-Hull seconded said motion and all members voted aye. Vice Chairperson Thomason declared the resolution approved.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Awbrey-Hull made a motion to adjourn; Commissioner Joiner seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 10:17 AM.
