Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lee County
(Membership Age is 6-18)
Programs are designed to teach youth lifelong skills and values while providing a safe space to learn and grow. Auburn Housing Authority residents contact 334-502-1311 to register.
Young Female Achievers and Believers (Y-FABS)
(Ages 6-11)
Y-FABS was created by Auburn City Councilwoman Connie Taylor and Teixiera Powell for females between the ages of 6 to 11 in the Lee and Macon County areas.
Y-FABS is a new program for young females to achieve their goals and to believe in themselves.
Y-FABS objective is to instill self-value, self-esteem, and self-worth.
Y-FABS will develop skills for discipline, independence, and morals that they can use in their everyday lives.
The Lee County area scouts will meet the 2nd Monday of every month from 5:30 pm- 7 pm at the Boykin Community Center in Auburn, AL
Y-FABS will start off as mini-scouts, then junior scouts, then scouts, and graduate as a Grand Scout.
Each scout will receive Pink, Purple, and Yellow T-shirts.
The goal is to reach, teach, and minister to these young females to become great leaders and citizens in their communities.
Girls STEPS, Inc.
(Girls Grades 3-12)
Girls STEPS, Inc. is an official 501(c)(3) organization. Its purpose is to empower, inspire, and motivate school-age girls by exposing them to various culturally enriched activities that will prepare them for success.

Asthma Camp Eagle is a free, spend-the-night camp that aims to empower and educate children and their families on living with Asthma while having fun.
Children must be 7-12 years of age and have a diagnosis of asthma. Please call 334-844-5601 or email gibsolm@auburn.edu to express interest.
