Routine Maintenance Work Order
Routine maintenance work orders are associated with normal wear and tear that is not a health and safety risk. Routine work orders may also involve damages that are made by the tenant, household members, or guest.
If something needs to be fixed, don't wait. Report the problem by calling your Property Manager's office below. You will not be charged for repairs due to normal wear and tear. You will be charged when you, household members, or guest cause damage to your unit or appliances. (See list of maintenance charges).
Emergency Maintenance Work Order
An emergency threatens someone’s health or safety and will cause a great deal of property damage if not corrected right away.
An emergency may include problems with gas, sewage, flooding, electrical, or structural (hole in floor or ceiling/roof). If you see this type of problem, call for assistance immediately anytime, day or night.
Please call the following to request a work order: Inoperable smoke alarms and inability to secure exit doors or windows are considered an emergency.
Residents reporting an emergency work order that do not receive a call back within 45 minutes should call back and leave another message.
Residents MUST leave the following information when reporting after hours or emergency work orders: Apartment number and community site, a phone number or call back number, a detailed explanation of the issue:
