Community Clinic Preferences Feedback Survey

You are invited to participate in a brief survey conducted by Master of Social Work Students (MSW) at Auburn University. The purpose of the survey is for you to share your preferences regarding the treatment, testing/screening, and education/training services you would like to have offered at the Auburn University Healthcare and Education Clinic located in the Boykin Community Center.  Survey responses are completely confidential.
